No Pets or Smoking Allowed The Alpine House prides itself as a non-smoking establishment and maintains strict policies for smoking and property damage. SMOKING CREATES A FIRE HAZARD. If at any time smoking or property damage is detected, a minimum fee of $100.00 + additional cleaning fees will be assessed to the renters bill and the renter will be required to vacate the room without a refund for any remaining time. |
